Our Employee Service Representative (ESR) team is committed to you and your employees. Dedication and care for each individual is what sets our customer service apart.
We understand that health insurance is complex and overwhelming. Therefore, when problems occur—as they often do—people feel frustrated. Clients of Creative Benefits enjoy a very special benefit—instant access to the Employee Services Representative (ESR) Team. The ESR Team is a group of benefits specialists who help employees solve insurance issues. All members of the ESR Team are former insurance account managers with years of industry experience. These industry veterans know their way around the maze of regulations and details that characterize today’s medical insurance marketplace.
The ESR Team is NOT a typical call center. Each ESR stays involved with an employee until a clear resolution to their issue is found. Employees are relieved of the hassle of following up with insurance companies, providers and/or billing offices – ultimately reducing employee frustration and increasing their productivity.

Our ESR Team can assist you with…
- questions or concerns about your benefits
- a claim that was denied by your insurance
- a doctor bill for which you are not responsible
- ordering a new ID card
- enrolling in benefits for the first time or making changes
- finding providers that are in your network.
ESR Hours of Operation: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
The ESR team operates on extended hours offering flexibility and coverage to accommodate employees’ schedules.
