Have You Scheduled Your Child’s Flu Shot?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that children 6 months and older receive an annual flu vaccine. Children with chronic conditions like asthma and heart disease should also be vaccinated. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children be vaccinated as soon as possible. If you have questions about vaccinations, talk to your healthcare provider and visit the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s vaccine education center: https://www.chop.edu/centers-programs/vaccine-education-center
