KOP Restaurant Week Raises Funds for CHOP

Work up those appetites and prepare your tastebuds for a couple delicious weeks ahead — King of Prussia Restaurant Week is almost here!

The 2021 King of Prussia Restaurant Week will run from April 11th through April 15th and again the following week from April 18th through April 22nd. Participating restaurants will be donating a portion of proceeds to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), making this a true community-wide initiative.

With a restaurant for every palate, King of Prussia’s diverse dining scene is looking to provide individuals with a plethora of mouthwatering meals. Try something new or revisit an old favorite with incredible prix fixed lunch menus for $10, $15, or $20 and dinner menus for $20, $30, or $40.

Takeout Under the Tents will be offered during restaurant week in the King of Prussia Mall parking lot, providing 12 individual dining tents and four heated igloos furnished by AVE King of Prussia. Diners will have the opportunity to pick up their takeout from participating restaurants to enjoy in the space provided or can order delivery directly to their tents. The tents will be “first come, first serve” and igloos must be reserved through OpenTable in exchange for a $15 per person donation to CHOP.

Participants in this year’s restaurant week include bartaco, North Italia, Season 52, Founding Farmers, True Food Kitchen, Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, and many more! There will be a few casual options offering special deals, such as Shake Shack, Vitality Bowls and Dairy Queen.

To ensure the health and safety of every individual, masks and social distancing will be enforced, as well as a 45-minute time limit per tent/igloo. Keep in mind that KOP Shops for CHOP, a multi-week charitable retail event held in conjunction with restaurant week, will also be available to the public.

Thus far, there has been a total of $152,500 in donations made to CHOP.
